    NGO speech at the opening of the 7.GA Meeting

    Plenary NGO Forum meeting between 2pm and 3pm in the NGO Room IX
    We look forward to all of you to join there! Most important will be to finalize and adopt the NGO Statement for 7.GA by that time.
    All proposals for the statement are still much welcomed: Please send ideas asap to



  • Daily meetings

    The ICH NGO Forum Steering Committee will meet daily at 7GA (Monday 4 June 2-3pm / Tuesday 5 & Wednesday 6 June 9.30-10 am).
    Please contact for any question, proposal or consultation with the Steering Committee


  • Are you interested to contribute to the reflection on the advisory functions of accredited NGOs in the Convention and on accreditation criteria throughout 2018 and 2019?

    Please be reminded to inform us of your interest:
    Send a message to to register, mentioning in the title of the email: your name + NGO accreditation and advisory functions.
    A reflection meeting takes place 7 June 10.30 am to 1.00 pm- NGO Room IX

    We are happy for you joining!
    Please be welcome to join the ICH NGO Forum activities and approach your NGO colleagues for any information or help.
    Also the Steering Committee is at all times available for you (see schedule above for plenary meetings and steering committee meetings where you can find us)


  • NGO visibility

    Do not forget to bring and wear your ICH NGO Forum  Button if you have one !

During all 7.GA,  room IX will be reserved for NGO activities
Do you want to set up a meeting in NGO Room IX?
This is possible, the room is available for NGO meetings during all 7.GA sessions !
Check via  if the room is available on the timing you would wish to use the room.
