Pinelands Creative Workshop (PCW), founded in 1978, is a Barbados-based, social enterprise and non-profit organization focused on community empowerment and social equity. PCW drives grassroots development, youth empowerment, and economic self-sufficiency by leveraging cultural arts and vocational education.

Cultural Preservation: Delivers afro-caribbean folk traditional dance, drumming, wire sculpting, and carnival arts instruction.

Youth & Vocational Training: Hosts Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ) courses, career fairs, and youth consultations.

Community Resilience: Facilitates disaster risk reduction, GIS hazard mapping, and local entrepreneurship incubators.
