La Asociación Cultural Crear en Libertad se propone registrar, documentar, sistematizar y difundir la memoria oral y la corporalidad que marcan la espiritualidad de los pueblos indígenas, tomando como referencia las danzas de 3 pueblos indígenas, de diferentes familias lingüísticas. Con el objetivo de construir la arquitectura conceptual de las danzas indígenas y su espiritualidad, con énfasis en el rol de la mujer de tres pueblos indígenas del Paraguay, este proyecto “Danzas y espiritualidad de los pueblos indígenas del Paraguay”, valora y graba audiovisualmente y en escrita las danzas de tres pueblos indígenas: Guana, Nivaclé y Mbya Guaraní, para ser parte del Portal CID – Consejo Internacional de la Danza. y también pueda ser considerada parte del patrimonio inmaterial de las culturas ancestrales del Paraguay.

The Cultural Association Crear en Libertad seeks to record, document, systematize, and disseminate the oral traditions and corporeal expressions that shape the spirituality of Indigenous peoples. This initiative focuses on the dances of three Indigenous groups belonging to different linguistic families. The project, titled “Dances and Spirituality of the Indigenous Peoples of Paraguay,” aims to develop a conceptual framework for understanding Indigenous dance and its spiritual dimensions, with particular emphasis on the role of women within three Indigenous communities of Paraguay. To this end, the project documents—through audiovisual recordings and written materials—the dance practices of the Guana, Nivaclé, and Mbya Guaraní peoples. These materials are intended to contribute to the CID Portal of the International Dance Council and may also be considered for recognition as part of the intangible cultural heritage of Paraguay’s ancestral cultures.
