Towards Efficient Roles of NGOs for Safeguarding ICH in the Asia-Pacific Region

We are very pleased to inform you that the 2013 Intangible Cultural Heritage Conference, Towards Efficient Roles of NGOs for Safeguarding ICH in the Asia-Pacific Region will be held in Jeonju, Republic of Korea, from 26 to 28 June 2014. The conference is being co-organized by theNational Intangible Heritage Centre, ICHCAP, and the Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation with support of the Cultural Heritage of Administration of Korea.

The ICH NGO FORUM collaborates to the event.

The conference aims to facilitate an opportunity for participants to reflect on the current situation of ICH NGOs, to seek efficient ways of implementing ICH NGO activities in the Asia-Pacific region, and to contribute to enhancing the capacity and ability of ICH NGOs through information sharing and network building.
